(Thanks for joining Gold! Your character sheet is acceptable but I would like it if you would change your characters appearance. One of our other rpers already has that image as one of their wolves. )

* Tags: Open * Name: Kasheen Rougehide Age: 4 years (28 human years) Gender: Female Species: 'Domestic' Miladda Wolf Location: Palace Village Rank: Guard Companion: "His name is Unknown." Crush/Mate: None at the moment Kin: "I have a Brother, his name is Cane..."
(I've worked on this for an hour now XD not the content but the design of the post... X'DD I know I suck at Coding) Laying sprawled out on her straw packed bed, Kasheen laid and listened to the sound of the birds singing their morning songs. Her tired eyes glanced around the quiet, empty room before she reluctantly stood to her aching paws. Lifting her right paw from the cold floor she examed it, dark bruises had set in overnight 'These late night patrols need to be given to someone else...' she grumbled as she stepped off the straw packed bedding. The sound of her claws tapping against the hardwood floors echoed throughout the small cottage. Guards were not allowed to sleep within the palace unless they were on palace guard duty. So, Kasheen slept in a villager's home for the time being. She was to meet her new companion today... her last one met his untimely demise during a night patrol about a month ago. Sighing softly, Kasheen shook the painful memory away and continued for the door. The sound of children feet beating against the wood floors caused Kasheen to lift her head and perk her ears to the nearby hall, "Well Good morning." Kasheen smiled as two young village children slid to a stop at the kitchen entrance. Their big eyes stared at Kasheen with awe, they had never seen a wolf guard up close. "So pretty..." the little girl's soft voice filled the silence between the three of them. "How would the two of you like to take a ride on my back to go and wash up for breakfast?" Kasheen asked them with a gentle smile. As soon as the offer was out there the little girl, most likely around the age of five, raced to Kasheen's side and began trying her damnest to climb up onto her back. "Easy now, let me get down to your level first." Kasheen chuckled before laying down on her belly. "Now, climb on and hold on tight." She told the girl while her gaze traveled over to her older brother, seemingly of the age ten. "Come on now, this ride won't wait forever... I have duties to attend to." She told him. The messy haired brunette boy held the door frame and looked down, he was obviously unsure of her. "I won't bite, I promise." She told him, her soft voice floated on the calm morning air. Before the boy could make a choice on his own, the boy's father quickly picked him up and packed him over to Kasheen's back. "Don't force him Jackle." Kasheen tried to stop his father with her unapproving tone but, the retired guard wasn't going to hear to it. "He has to get over his fear of wolves sooner or later... after all he wants to be knight some day... not a single knight goes without his wolf companion." The boy's legs straddled Kasheen's midsection, she could feel how tense he was, his hands tightened and pulled on her fur with no remorse. Mean while, his five-year-old sister with long golden locks of hair, giggled and squirmed around. "Wets go Kah!" She giggled and screamed. "Alright, you hold on now." She told the two of them before standing up. "Woooh!" The little girl squealed happily, while her brother's grip tightened even more. "Can I get down?" The boy cried out while his father instantly replied, "Nope..." Kasheen sighed softly, "Jackle.." She wanted to talk some sense into him but he was rather keen on having his oldest child get over his fears. About that time, the old man with just as messy brunette hair as the boy, opened the cottage door allowing Kasheen and the little ones to exit the house. As she stepped out into the morning light, Kasheen took in a deep breath of the fresh air. 'it's a lovely morning for a stroll.' she thought before beginning down the pathway of the village. For the first few moments of the ride, the children stayed relatively quiet, that is until Kasheen walked passed another 'domestic' wolf who was suited up in armor. "Kah, why does that one have armor on and you don't?" The little girl asked as she leaned down towards Kahseen's fluffy ears. As the girl's voice got louder it caused Kah, to lower her ears. "Little one, you don't need to lower yourself to my ears, I can hear you just fine." she smiled up at the girl and her brother before answering her question. "My armor is currently with the blacksmith... The repairs seem to be taking longer then expected." She told them. The boy's tense body seemed to relax, "Wh-what happened to it?" He stammered as he asked her. "I and my previous companion was attacked during a night patrol... and no it was not the Miladda Wolves at fault." Kasheen's calm gaze seemed to harden, 'i was hoping that topic would be avoided..' she thought as she gave a soft sigh. "Please, no more questions about that topic." She quickly repelled the next up coming question of the boys. The children fell silent again until they arrived at the water basin where many liked to clean their hands and faced before purchasing fresh foods. "Quickly wash up, and I'll take you two back home." Kasheen told them as she slowly laid back down on her belly allowing the two to jump off and clean up. As she laid near the wooden basin, which reminded her of a birdbath, she watched the villagers around them along with the Knights and Guards of the kingdom which were coming and good. The sound of their armor clanking and the sound of their weapons rattling, the village was becoming more alive by the minute. Which meant, her free time was running short.
(Yay first post! I'll bring in my other characters as the rp continues)
